Ant Reward Program Agreement

The Ant Rewards Program (the "Rewards Program") is governed by this Referral Agreement (the "Referral Agreement") and the terms and conditions of the Ant website http://www.ant.com.sg/legal.html. The Rewards Program is owned by Ant and exclusively designed for referrals to redeem free netbook, cash rebate, incident support and others through Ant activities and promotions. Ant may periodically change the terms and conditions of this Referral Agreement without notice to you, by posting an updated Referral Agreement on the Ant website, and your continued enrollment and use of the Rewards Program signifies your acceptance of any changed terms.

BY BECOMING A REFERRAL, YOU ARE AUTOMATICALLY ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE REWARDS PROGRAM IF YOU MEET THE REWARDS PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS AND EXPRESSLY AGREE AND CONSENT TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS REFERRAL AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS REFERRAL AGREEMENT, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE REWARD PROGRAM. YOU MAY PRINT THESE PAGES FOR YOUR RECORDS.

1. Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Rewards Program, you must be at least 16 years of age or older and a legal resident of the Singapore. The Rewards Program is limited to individuals only; corporations or other business entities may not participate in the Rewards Program. Rewards Program is limited to one individual per account and one account per individual. By accessing or participating in the Rewards Program, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Referral Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Referral Agreement. Ant reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse service and access to any participant. Employees, officers, directors, investors, agents and representatives of Ant and their parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, and each of their respective immediate family (defined as parents, spouse and children) and any person residing in the same household as such and sponsors and affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies of Ant are NOT eligible to participate in the Rewards Program. Ant reserves the right to limit Reward Program enrollment at any time.

2. Registration

In order to participate in the Rewards Program, you must either submit the Ant Referral Form http://www.ant.com.sg/brochure/Corporate Management Maintenance Brochure.html or fill up the online referral form http://www.ant.com.sg/index-reward.html. You agree to maintain and promptly update all personal and referred  information on your account and keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, Ant may suspend or reject your submission immediately and may refuse you all current or future use of the Rewards Program.

3. Redeeming

You may redeem and claim rewards identified on the Ant website. All redemption will need personal NRIC verification as submitted in the online referral form. All redemption items or rewards are subject to change by Ant at any time and without prior notice.

Example: You may redeem an Apple iPad by successfully referred Ant a Corporate Management Maintenance (CMM) or Standard Comprehensive Maintenance (SCM) client valued at S$20,000.00 and above.

b. Redemption Methods. You may redeem or claim your rewards based on the published redemption value above with your NRIC. All claims shall be made at Advanetwork Technology head office namely 48 Mactaggart Road #11-03 MAE Industrial Building Singapore 368088.

c. Redemption Restrictions. Ant reserves the right to impose any restrictions on the redemption of a Reward.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties.

You expressly agree that use of Rewards Program is at your sole risk. The Ant Rewards Program and all services offered therein are provided on a strictly "as is" and "as available" basis. ANT MAKES NO WARRANTY WITH REGARD TO ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, OR REWARDS OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH ANT; THAT ANT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; OR THAT ANT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, ERROR FREE; NOR DOES ANT MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF ANT WEBSITE OR AS TO THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH ANT OR ITS WEBSITE.

ANT EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ANT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR THOSE GUARANTEES, WARRANTIES, AND REPRESENTATIONS, IF ANY, OFFERED BY ANT ADVERTISERS, PARTNERS, MANUFACTURERS OF MERCHANDISE, OR ANT SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY MADE HEREIN.

5. Limitation of Liability

ANT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL, RELATING TO THE PARTICIPATION OR INABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN ANT. SOME STATES OR COUNTRY DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Ant is not responsible for damages or losses that result from participating or inability to participate in the Reward Program, or reliance on or use of information, services, or merchandise provided on or through Ant and its website.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Ant, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claim, demand, expense, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fee relating to your use of the Rewards Program or violation of this Referral Agreement.

7. No Endorsement

You acknowledge and agree that Ant neither endorses the contents of advertisements or third parties' web sites, nor assumes responsibility or liability for the accuracy of material contained therein, or any infringement of third party intellectual property rights arising therefrom, or any fraud or other crime facilitated thereby. Ant is also not responsible and assumes no liability for changes or discontinuances of service from providers, which may affect rewards.

8. Termination

ATANY TIME EITHER YOU OR ANT MAY TERMINATE YOUR REFERRAL WITH OR WITHOUT CAUSE, YOUR RIGHT TO USE THE REWARD PROGRAM IMMEDIATELY CEASES UPON TERMINATION AND YOUR UNREDEEMED ITEMS SHALL BE CANCELLED. Termination of your referral by you is effective upon you submitting a termination request through email to sales@ant.com.sg.

9. Sole Remedy

Should you object to any of the terms and conditions of this Referral Agreement, or any subsequent modifications thereto, or become dissatisfied with Ant, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue participation in the Rewards Program and properly terminate your referral, as identified above.

By enrolling in the Rewards Program and/or by clicking the "I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF USE" button, you represent that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, understand its terms and conditions, are duly authorized to execute this Agreement on behalf of yourself, and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
